Chicago Battlegrounds & GT Midwest: Pooh vs K Reed

Pooh started the rap cypher first and claimed to be breaking all rules. He claimed that Kannon sent the call through. He claimed that he had a long tool and claimed that it would lay K Reed's posse down. He also brought up Grind Time, Smack URL, and subliminally brought up Cocky. He said claimed to have had sex with his opponents girl and compared him to Joey Jihad. K Reed went into the rhyme battle and said that he came with a few of his nigga's and brought up the fact that Marv Won was a Made coach on the MTV hit reality series. He claimed that his adversary wasn't a threat and mentioned a story about when he came to Detroit something about somebody named Loon. He even made fun of his girl and claimed that he was feeling disrespected. He claimed that his rival looked like Sean Kingston. This round of the cypher was a tie in my opinion.

In the second round of the rap battle Pooh started this round off calling his rival Kevin Reed. He said that Detroit hadn't been shit since the Temptations. He then started showing off his flow and implied putting a razor to his scalp. He claimed to be Hardcore and claimed that K Reed sucks. He claimed that this match was his oppositions final destination. K Reed then went into rhyme and asked Pooh how he wanted to leave. He claimed that everytime he seen his rivals face he wanted to shoot and accused him of not getting paid by record labels or offered deals. His homo joke was funny as hell and called his click a bad joke. This round of the match was a tie in my opinion.

Pooh went in and started this cypher implying that he had beat K Reed pretty bad. He claimed to serve clowns and seemed to be throwing up his set. He claimed to be laid back in a luxurious coupe and claimed that Nuborn is ducking him and claimed that he'd Tech 9, T Rex. He mentioned his crew Loon and King Tut and more. K Reed went into rhyme and claimed that he didn't need bars or validation and tried to imply that Pooh wasn't animated. He accused his challenger of set tripping and dissed his grand mother. This round of the cypher was a tie in my opinion.

Chicago Battlegrounds Vol. 3: Street Profit vs Pooh

This rhyme battle started with Street Profit rapping and there was a lot of people talking while he was rapping. Poohs rhymes were way more animated and he had clever punchlines and I would say he was a bit better at rapping syllabic. I would have to give this round of the battle to Pooh.

In the second round of the rhyme bout Street Profit Street Profit had some hotter bars. Street Profit had punchlines for days when they stopped him he was ready to keep on going. Pooh had a lot of hot bars too and I was feeling his syllabic rhyme style. This round of the battle was a tie.

In the third round of this battle Street Profit went hard and he said some grimey shit Pooh's grandmother. Pooh's rap flow and syllable rhymes were sick. Pooh's last verse left an impression on the judges because it was smooth and thorough. 'This round of the battle goes to Pooh.
